Children of All Nations (CAN) and our parent agency, Great Wall China Adoption, are committed to supporting our families' dreams of adoption while keeping adoption costs low. We are now making it even easier for families waiting for a referral from China to concurrently adopt through a new country program. CAN currently has adoption programs available in Ethiopia, Haiti, Latvia, Mexico, Nepal, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda and Ukraine.
Families wishing to concurrently adopt simultaneously through both China and one of our CAN countries will receive a $1000 reduction in our agency fees.
Program Details:
- The discount will be divided equally and applied towards the 1st and 3rd agency payments.
- The $1000 is a flat reduction across the board, and it is applicable to all China families regardless of their adoption plan, and if they are new, have previously adopted through us or are currently in process.
- The program will run through year end 2010. Families must provide a completed application prior to December 31, 2010, in order to be eligible for the program.
- Applications expire 3 months from the date they are received by Great Wall. Contracts must be submitted prior to the application expiring in order to be eligible for the program.
- Great Wall families currently in process will need to submit a new application for the new CAN country. All international adoption fees will apply for the new country, and families will need to contact their home study agency to update their home study.

New Great Wall and CAN Families
Families new to our agency wishing to concurrently adopt between China and one of our CAN countries are eligible to participate by noting Concurrent Adoption option at time of signing agency contract.
Families Currently With Other Agency
Families currently adopting from China through another agency will need to provide official documentation from their agency stating they are in process. An e-mail from the agency or a fax/letter on company letterhead will need to be provided as part of their application.
CAN Families
The $1,000 fee reduction is only offered to CAN families sending in a new CAN application.
CAN $250 Application Fee:
- The application fee is waived for all Great Wall families who are currently in process and/or who currently have a dossier in China.
- The application fee applies to all other families wishing to concurrently adopt.
