Let us manage your paperwork for you!
A CAN Case Manager will help you gather the initial notarized documents and have you mail them to us. With CAN's Elite Dossier Service, our experienced Dossier Specialist will then send all of your notarized documents to the appropriate Secretary of States and Foreign Consulates/Embassies for Certifying and Authenticating. They will use a retainer account of approximately $1,500 to pay for the mailing (always via a traceable carrier service), certification and authentication fees.
*Note: you would spend this amount on fees whether you choose to use the Elite Dossier Service or do the paper chasing yourself. This is not an additional fee paid to Children of All Nations.
Families are responsible for gathering the initial documents, (getting the physical exam, police clearance letter, employment letter, etc.). Once the documents are returned to our headquarters, the Dossier Specialist will compile all of your official documents into the dossier for you. Our Elite Dossier Service will remove the worries that comes with paper chasing completely by handling all of the intricate and time-sensitive details!
With so many details to consider throughout the adoption journey, families appreciate not having to manage the complicated paper chase. To find out what previous Great Wall and CAN Families have said about our Dossier Service, please visit our testimonial page.
*Note: the Elite Dossier Service is excellent for ensuring your dossier completion will be a success. It does not necessarily expedite the rate of completion.
