Update on Adoption from Rwanda

Rwanda has currently changed eligibility status for singles in their country. The new policy now allows for single females, between the ages of 35-50 years of age to adopt from Rwanda. This change was implemented at the end of July by the Rwanda government. Prior to this update, no singles were able to adopt in Rwanda.
