Family Background: Puja Dobal is an inhabitant of Katai Village Development Committee, Ward No-06, Mulla of Darchula District. Her father, Mr. Prem Singh Dobal, and her mother, Mrs. Manmati Dobal, are indebted for a small pieice of land in the village. They do not have a regular source of income. They collect fire wood to sell in the market. They have been living in a very small hut without electricity and other facilities. They are in a very bad situation.
