Family Background: Santosh Rawal is an inhabitant of Geta Village Development Committee, Ward No-05, of Kailali District. His father used to work for the Nepal Police, but he was forced to leave his job because of threats. He is indebted for a small piece of land in the village. They do not have a regular source of income, but they work daily for their survival. They are in a very bad situation.
